M.E. Personnel Consultants are certified as a level 7 compliant organisation. A new strategy has been put in place in order for the organisation to reach a level 2.

The policy of the organization is that these shares will be equally distributed amongst all staff members that fall within the definition of BBBEE.

Our company profile consists of 90% HDI personnel as defined within the act. A preferential recruitment policy has been put in place in order for the organization to meet the demographic requirements as set out in the EE Act. This process is a continuous one but will be completed in due course. The board consists of 50% HDI component with equal voting powers on the board.
